1) Remove the back paper
2) Place the iron-on onto the garment, press with an iron or heat presser at a temperature of 120 - 180 degrees for 20 - 30 seconds; for best results,press the reverse side of the garment; do not use steam or steam hole
3) We recommend users to place a piece of white paper between front and back of the garment to prevent it from sticking together
4) Allow the garment to cool for 10 minutes, then slowly remove the plastic
